Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by patient

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund of the consultation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for refund unless the doctor agrees or the platform approves an exception.
• No-shows are not refundable.

2. Cancellation by doctor

If a doctor cancels or does not confirm, the patient receives a full refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund processing

• Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment source.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days (bank-dependent).
• Platform commission is reversed on eligible full refunds.

4. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply only in exceptional cases at the discretion of Bidwarriors Online Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd..

5. How to cancel

Log in → My Appointments → select appointment → Cancel. For refund issues, email info@doctorlib.in with your appointment reference ID.

6. Diagnostic test bookings (partner diagnostics)

• Diagnostic test slot bookings made through DoctorLib are arrangements with the selected partner diagnostic. They are separate from doctor consultation payments.
• Cancel or reschedule by contacting the lab directly using the phone number shown in your booking confirmation or lab directory listing, as early as possible.
• DoctorLib does not process refunds for diagnostic tests unless a paid lab checkout feature is explicitly offered and disclosed in the future.
• If a lab cancels your slot, contact the lab or info@doctorlib.in for assistance finding an alternative.

7. Disputes

Contact info@doctorlib.in or +91-99590-87171 within 7 days of the appointment date for consultation refund disputes. Refunds are processed by Bidwarriors Online Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN: 37AAHCB3630K1ZM).
